After you order we call to confirm the cut and your slot. Fish is packed in an ice box, meat is vacuum packed with ice packs, and our riders carry insulated bags.
Pay the rider when the order arrives — check it first.
If you are not at home, the rider calls you. Fresh items cannot wait long, so we move you to the next slot the same day.
