Who we are
We started Jaal so Dhaka could buy fish and meat without the bazar worries
Every Friday our founder fought the crowds at Karwan Bazar and still came home unsure: was the fish really fresh? Was there formalin? Was the beef weighed right?
So we went to the source. Today we buy at the ghats at dawn, test every batch, and our own halal butchers cut meat to order — then everything is packed on ice and delivered in the slot you choose.
